Keys to successful energy
buying in a low carbon world
Session three took a more practical look at the challenges currently facing energy managers. Phil Southern from AstraZeneca showed us how his company is winning awards for its impressive carbon reduction programme through effective energy efficiency plans and what the next stages are in terms of sourcing low carbon power. Finally British Energy's own Cathy McClay provided guests with a market watch, looking at all the factors that will be influencing energy prices over the coming months.
Looking ahead, what are the
energy procurement issues you
face in 2008-9?
